The Hartford: Small Biz Ahead Visual Language Guidelines 

In the last quarter of 2018, US insurance brand The Hartford approached us to create visual language guidelines for their two blog brands: Extra Mile and Small Biz Ahead.

Working alongside their in-house content team, we created a comprehensive set of rules for their visual assets, including fonts and colour schemes, illustrations, interactive pieces, animations, infographics and more - all designed to compliment their existing, overarching brand guidelines.

The resulting 40+ page PDF has already been used extensively to create a coherent, branded suite of rich media assets, from interactive editorials to motion graphics.
