When we recently stumbled across this military secret to falling asleep in two minutes then, we decided to see if it would help our team get a better night’s sleep. As usually happens, this discovery led to considerably more research, leading us to find seven military-approved techniques for getting to sleep quicker and getting a good night’s rest.
